We are committed to protecting the health, safety, and wellbeing of all employees, contractors, clients, and communities impacted by our work. Our OH&S approach incorporates risk management, consultation, and continual improvement in compliance with ISO 45001.

As part of this commitment, we will:

• Comply with ISO 45001, legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines.
• Eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks where possible.
• Establish measurable objectives and targets to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Document, implement, and communicate our OH&S policy to all employees.
  
• Provide training, information, instruction, and supervision to ensure safe work practices.
  
• Record, report, and investigate all accidents, hazards, and near misses.
  
• Maintain a safe working environment through proactive hazard reporting and corrective actions.
  
• Ensure workplace injuries, illnesses, and near misses are promptly reported.
  
• Encourage ongoing consultation and participation of workers at all levels in the development, planning, and evaluation of our OH&S system.
